Reverend Annie Graham Pagan

Reverend Annie Graham Pagan was born in Iredell County and spent most of her early years in Lincoln County.  She is one of twelve children of the late Harry Knox Graham, Sr. and Lucille Gilmore Graham. Rev. Pagan attended several schools in the Lincoln County area; she received her high school diploma from West Charlotte Senior High School.  She continued her education in the field of nursing; she received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Central Piedmont Community College and her bachelor’s degree from Gardner Webb University.

Reverend Pagan was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church during her childhood years.  After getting married she relocated to Charlotte joined Faith Christian Methodist Episcopal Church where she has been a member for over 48 years.  She was called to preach in February 2005 and was ordained as a Traveling Elder in 2011.  She serves as Director of Children’s Ministry, Sunday School Teacher for married couples, children and youth, and parish nurse.

Reverend Pagan has been a registered nurse for over 35 years.  She is currently employed by Sanger Heart and Vascular institute in the Lincolnton office as a Triage Nurse, where she has worked for 14 years specializing in cardiology.

Reverend Pagan is married to Harold Michael Pagan for over 34 years.  They have three boys, seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.  She loves to read, cook, and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchild.

Reverend Pagan is a child of God, her joy, the world did not give to her and the world cannot take it away.  Her motto “Live each day as it was your last.”  Reverend Pagan loves God and she also loves people which is exhibited everywhere she goes. She is no stranger to anyone.
